Frequently Asked Questions

How do I restore my purchase?

To restore your purchase, go to the app's Settings, then tap "Restore Purchases". This will sync your subscription status with your Apple ID. Make sure you're signed in with the same Apple ID you used to make the original purchase.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through your Apple ID. To cancel, open the Settings app on your iPhone, tap your name at the top, then tap "Subscriptions". Find Recall in the list and tap "Cancel Subscription". You'll continue to have access until the end of your current billing period.

How do I delete my account?

To delete your account and all associated data, please send an email to support@goldilockszone.co with the subject "Account Deletion Request" and include the email address associated with your account. We will process your request within 30 days.

My streaks aren't showing correctly. What should I do?

First, try closing and reopening the app. If the issue persists, check that your device's date and time settings are set to automatic. If you're still having trouble, contact us at support@goldilockszone.co and we'll help you sort it out.

Is my data backed up?

Yes, your habit data is securely stored and synced with your account. As long as you're signed in with the same account, your data will be available across sessions and after reinstalling the app.
