Agreement to Terms
By downloading, installing, or using the Recall mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Goldilocks Technologies ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the Recall App.
Description of Service
Recall is a habit tracking application designed to help you build consistency and track your personal habits. The App allows you to:
- Create and manage personal habits
- Track daily habit completion
- View streaks and progress statistics
- Access premium features through subscription plans
Account Registration
To use certain features of the App, you may need to create an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate and complete registration information
- Maintain the security of your account credentials
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
You must be at least 13 years old to create an account and use the App.
Subscription Terms
Recall offers auto-renewable subscription plans that provide access to premium features.
Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase. Subscription prices are clearly displayed in the App before purchase.
Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the same subscription rate.
Managing Subscriptions: You can manage and cancel your subscriptions by going to your App Store account settings after purchase. Any unused portion of a free trial period will be forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
Price Changes: We reserve the right to change subscription prices. Any price changes will take effect at the start of the next subscription period following the date of the price change. Your continued use of the App after the price change becomes effective constitutes your agreement to pay the modified price.
Free Trial
We may offer a free trial period for premium features. At the end of the free trial, your subscription will automatically begin unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends. You can cancel during the trial period through your App Store account settings at no charge.
User Conduct
You agree not to:
- Use the App for any unlawful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or its systems
- Interfere with or disrupt the App's functionality
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the App
- Use the App to transmit harmful code or malware
- Violate any applicable laws or regulations
Intellectual Property
The App and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Goldilocks Technologies and are protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. For more details, please see our Copyright Notice.
User Content
You retain ownership of any content you create within the App, such as habits and tracking data. By using the App, you grant us a limited license to store and process this content solely to provide and improve our services.

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy to understand how we collect, use, and protect your information.
Disclaimers
THE APP IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE APP WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
Recall is designed to help you track habits but is not intended to provide medical, health, or professional advice. Always consult qualified professionals for health-related decisions.
Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, GOLDILOCKS TECHNOLOGIES SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM:
- Your use or inability to use the App
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers
- Any interruption or cessation of transmission to or from the App
- Any bugs, viruses, or similar issues transmitted through the App
Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Goldilocks Technologies from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising out of your use of the App or violation of these Terms.
Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the App immediately, without prior notice, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the App will cease immediately.
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us at support@goldilockszone.co. Active subscriptions must be cancelled through your App Store account settings.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated Terms in the App or via email. Your continued use of the App after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Goldilocks Technologies operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
